Therefore I started to want to bring my own contribution. To share my little experience on the subject, by providing some non-abstract information, in order to attempt a clarification of situation that 

young entrepreneurs face when starting their first business. I have no disproportionate pretension with this thesis. My only motivation came from thinking how much I should have been please to find this kind of books. Clear, easy to read and providing tips immediately applicable. Unlike an ethnographic study, phenomenological research, or narrative inquiry designs, a multiple case study is useful for interacting with participants and for personal observation to comprehend the phenomenon from many points of view (Yin, 2014). For this project, a qualitative multiple case study methodology was a suitable methodological choice since it let me investigate the 

circumstances and conditions of applying internet marketing strategies to effectively expand a company.To investigate a phenomena and grasp the viewpoints of the participants, researchers apply the qualitative approach (Yin, 2014.). The research issue or purpose of the study did not demand the gathering of both qualitative and quantitative data, hence I did not choose a mixed-method design for this 

study.Though other designs were not advantageous for the research in this study, there were other qualitative designs to take into account. Under a phenomenological approach, researchers investigate, document, and examine the meaning of personal experiences (Marshall & Rossman, 2016). For this study, a phenomenological design was not chosen since individual perspectives were not necessary to grasp the events. Narrative research is 

the presentation of stories by individuals having actual experience (Wang & Geale, 2015).The application of a narrative approach is a difficult technique; however, the analysis of storytelling was not necessary to finish this qualitative research. A field-based research, ethnography allows one to examine closely social interactions, behaviors, and perceptions (Yin, 2014).
